For Double Elephant Print Workshop’s public engagement programme during Covid-19 lockdown, I produced an advent of daily creative print activities for people to try at home.

I created (and commissioned from other printmakers) video clips of print-based activities for all ages and abilities, using recycled materials and requiring no press. These were released each day. The processes included printing wrapping paper with fruit and veg, making a printy GIF, typeset with plasticine, screen printing with tights, festive flickbooks, fabric printing with fish… and much more.

24 Days of Print: in person and with Print kits.

I worked with Simon, George and Rosie from Double Elephant to develop our online #24daysofprint project into a live series of workshops across the city. Each day of advent during December 2022, we delivered free printmaking workshops across Exeter - in community centres, Exeter Cathedral, pubs, bookshops, leisure centres, libraries, studios, museums and cafes. It was an exhilarating and exhausting month of fun, family-friendly workshops. We also created affordable DIY Print Kits to kickstart printmaking at home.
